In this tutorial I explain a expandable technique for setting up a 3D layered scene with an easily modifiable foreground, middle, and background composed of multiple separate layers.
And in case you're wondering why I use the Vegas Effect instead of layer styles, layer styles don't blur. They always have a hard edge.
